A Celebration of Women is a meditation workshop by Ashley Hunt in support of the Breast Cancer Foundation.

Having spent the last couple of years travelling between the UK and New Zealand spreading the power of mindfulness, Ashley Hunt is bringing her practice home to Sydney for a very special event.

Unfortunately, many of us have been touched by the heartache that is Breast Cancer. This event is dedicated to the incredible women in our lives who are fighting this battle with strength and determination. We honour them by taking the time to come together, to be still, and to connect with ourselves and our loved ones.

This transformative workshop will include an inspirational talk on the importance of self care, a relaxing guided meditation, and an opportunity to share stories over juice, organic tea and healthy nibbles.

Starting at 10am in an intimate Seaforth location, bring your mum, girlfriends, sisters, aunties, grandmothers and daughters to celebrate what it means to be a woman.
